We have travelled back to Sápmi and Norway after an unforgettable week at Jacob´s Pillow Dance Festival and the US debut of Vástádus eana – The answer is land!
Performing seven shows at the new Doris Duke theatre in it’s opening season has been an honour and we truly felt a sense of belonging. Seeing how the theatre and the surrounding gardens have been built with indigenous knowledge and involvement was heartwarming.

The daily pre- talks and the post show talk by our «verdde» Cathy Leavy, scholar in residence, gave our audience a contextualisation we hope to bring with us on future tours.

In memory of Kat Sirico whom we had the honour of working with during our week at Jacobs Pillow. Kat was killed in a tragic accident at work August 1st 2025.
